To day we did the squeezers for greeting. For group activity we did cursive. For lunch we had beef and cheese nachos. I think people liked it, i did. For recess, Kael, Matthew, Colby, Lee, Laken, Alex, and me played football. chow.

At the begging of the day we did DOL then we did morning meeting we talked about our field trip next Friday. Then we did our power point for our biogeraphy. Then we went to p.e. we ran the track.Then when we got back we did litercy we had to do a cause and a effect sheet and we had to do word work. Then we went to lunch then we had our long recess. Today was a awesome day because we got chicken nuggets . Then we had math we learned about fractions .Are class is pretty good atthem.Then we had 2:oo recess that was pretty fun. Arbor Day!

It has been a long while since we have blogged. Our days are just too full of activities that it is getting hard to find time to blog! We had a field trip today to the Nature Center to celebrate Arbor Day. We learned about plants, tree planting, water, forestry, birds, and wildlife. You will have to ask your child what his/her favorite part was from today. Your child will be bringing home his/her very own tree to plant. They also have instructions to help with planting the tree.

I wanted to remind everyone that the biography project is DUE ON MONDAY! I have several already, but please remind your child to finish it up for Monday.

Today was... awesome! First we did DOL. Then we did morning greeting. After that we graphed our 3 minute righting .then we took a quiz. After that we went to P.E. . We played kick ball . Today we did D.O.L for Tuesday. Then we did greeting.And then group activities.Then the kindergarden had done a little zoo for all the classes to watch. And then we got back to the room and corrected D.O.L. And that was most of our writing.Then we read Family Huddle. Then daily 5.Then after daily five we read a book called Gossamer.Ten more daily 5 tell lunch. Then we had recess inside.

We worked on problems with parentheses in math. Then we did science using nails and screws to see which one took longer or more work to put in a piece of soft wood. Then Deb gave us snack and Mrs. McCarville read Larry, the King of Rock and Roll.
